| Trim loss optimization problem is one of the most challenging problems in metal, paper, foil, glass, and wood industry in the field of production planning. Its purpose to determine the optimal cutting patterns of the number of items with different lengths from a reserve of standard size material to fulfill the demand of customers that the wastage due to the trim loss should be minimized. Packing problems of optimization aim to search for the best way of insertion a given set of rectangular boxes within a rectangular box of minimum volume. | وصف موجز عن الدورة التدريبية | حلقة نقاش تتناول ما يلي: • تعد مشكلة تحسين خسارة القطع إحدى المشكلات الأكثر تحديًا في صناعة المعادن والورق والرقائق والزجاج والخشب في مجال تخطيط الإنتاج. إذ أن الغرض من هذا التحسين هو تحديد أنماط القطع المثلى لعدد العناصر ذات الأطوال المختلفة من احتياطي المواد ذات الحجم القياسي للوفاء بمتطلبات العملاء التي تقضي بوجوب تقليل الفاقد الناتج عن عملية القطع قدر الإمكان. • تهدف مشاكل تحسين التعبئة إلى البحث عن أفضل طريقة لإدخال مجموعة معينة من الصناديق المستطيلة داخل صندوق مستطيل و بأدنى حجم ممكن. إن هذا النوع من المشاكل عادة مهام التحميل في المخازن وسفن الشحن والحاويات ومنصات التحميل. |
